I’m so grateful, honored, and excited to have recently accepted the role of manager of the 200-hour yoga teacher training program at @blackswanyoga. I‘m proud of all that BSYTT offers so far and have loved being a part of the teacher training team for the past four years. I’m looking forward to continuing the work to offer teacher trainings that remain true to the roots of yoga and are accessible, welcoming, and inviting to people of all backgrounds and voices.

Had a blast at the @3mhalfmarathon yesterday! Not my best run mentally, but managed to pull off a 4-minute PR. Not bad for completely slacking on my training for the last 7 weeks — I expected much different results! Of course my medal is backwards because of who I am as a person. @princealeigh once told me you need 2 out of 3 boxes checked before saying yes to a gig: good music, good pay, good hang. When you get all three, that’s just a dream. Grateful to play a fun gig with these beautiful powerhouses last night for @elanartists and @elanstrings. (Was so nice not to have to fly out for it too, and be able to sleep in my own bed afterwards!)
