Day 47 was an absolute failure. After a week of pure EDS and dissertation pain (including a pulled calf because I was too shy to warm up properly on my BuddyUp run 😬), I headed out for my scheduled interval session. Unfortunately, rising pain and fatigue meant I had to cut it short at 0.5km but, as this audio says, “If you wait till you’re good, you ain’t never startin’ nothin’”. Proud of myself for trying and proud of myself for knowing when not to push it too far - a dislocation would’ve been worse! POV: I’m running behind you on Day 39 of restarting running, and trying out my first ever #fartlek (still funny, sorry I’m a child 💨). It was very, very hard but I was super proud when finished - can’t wait to go again now! Many aches and pains (mainly the SI joint at the bottom of my spine) but believe me when I say I got CRACKED LIKE A GLOWSTICK at the osteopath today. #runnersofinstagram #chronicillness #breathing
